🌿 Step-by-Step Ritual Instructions

Position the Gudi: Hoist outside the main entrance on the right side, representing the active state of the soul.

Prepare the Gudi: Use a medium-length bamboo stick, tie the Chandrakore cloth at the top, and place a clean copper or bronze pot upside down over it.

Clean & Decorate the Area: Draw a Swastik rangoli, offering turmeric and vermilion (Haldi-Kumkum) at the center.

Oblation Setup: Spread rice on the channel, place the bamboo stick, and offer sweets like Puran-poli.

Decorate the Gudi: Attach fresh cloth, flowers, neem leaves, and nodules, wrap with thread, and cover the top with silver Gadu.

Raise the Gudi: Hoist it prominently for everyone to see. Worship begins 5–10 minutes after sunrise, invoking the Shiva-Shakti principle for divine blessings.                                                                Â
